Yet2.com and Farmavita.Net signed collaboration on advanced technology and innovations transfer 

Intellectual property makes about 75 % of market capitalization  of the most of the companies. Anyway, lot of the companies do not give sufficient care  to valuation, management and capitalization of their intellectual property.

This work is usually done by specialist companies providing services in knowledge management. Good examples of such companies are yet2.com from USA and Farmavita.Net from Croatia.
