Dear Sir or Madam,

first of all please let us introduce our company to you.
We are a company distributing OTC pharmaceuticals in chemist's shops and
supermarkets. We continually improve our product line, so we noticed with high
interest your licencing offer regarding

N-acetylcysteine 1200 mg
effervescent tablets

for which you are running a registration procedure in
Portugal.

As we are interested in marketing such kind of product in
EU-countries, such as Germany and/or Austria, we would like to get some more
information about that product, and about its registration background.

Is it
a national procedure only or is there already a Decentralised Procedure (DCP)
running or imminent?
Will there be a chance to run a Mutual Recognition
Procedure or DCP for us when the national application will be granted in
Portugal?
When was the Marketing Authoristion Application (MAA)
submitted?
When is the grant of the Marketing Authoristation (MA) to be
expected?
What is the applied indication?
What is the applied posology and
which pack sizes are applied?
Is it an article 10(1), article 10(3) or article
10a application accord. to Dir. 2001/83/EC as amended?
What will be the terms
of supply?

Looking forward to getting the above mentioned information from
you as a first step, we remain

with kind regards,

i.V. Evi Haag
