• In phase III (and perhaps phase II); we can co-develop the products and acquire the exclusivity of manufacure and distribution  in China and indicated areas;
•  or  Successful (or becoming successful) outside of China but which are not yet available in China yet; we can offer products with  marketing and distribution in China, or acquiry the whole exclusive right in China.
